Thought, men have his owns biological clock, which is ticking. Surrogacy or adoption it's the options for single males.
In mature age you are more dedicated to have a kid to fulfill your life.
For myself I would prefer to raise kids in a family with both parents, but children are not less loved by a single parent, and in life you may not have a choice.
I'm rather sceptical whether this is not just another fad of a selfish society, when the president of the National Fatherhood Initiative quotes research that shows that children growing up with a single parent face a higher risk of problems than children raised by two parents. This is not to say sometimes this is a better option, but if planned from the outset I tend to disagree.
Who is to say being a Single Male Parent is right or wrong? It is a new and interesting concept. Don't kill the idea yet. Especially if you have not experienced it.
Hearsay is one thing and being a single parent and experiencing it is another.
Atleast we now know being a Single Male Parent IS an OPTION.
Raising kids by a single father it's not more or less as selfish, as raising kids by a single mother.
Nearly 50% of the marriages are ending in a divorce nowadays, and kids are being raised by separate parents anyway with all its share of problem.
